Counselling sessions are conducted with the approach of encouraging and emphasizing development along with emphasizing present-moment awareness during each session. All sessions will be conducted virtually in a safe, confidential and comfortable environment, encouraging exploration of feelings and cognitions. We will work together on establishing goals, figuring out comfortable coping skills and other resources that may be needed to encourage progress.

Grief and Bereavement Counselling

Seeking counselling for grief and bereavement is not an easy decision. There may be many questions you are asking yourself. It may feel uncomfortable sharing with another deep personal feelings of loss and painful emotions. I have also experienced a lot of different types of grief: family, friends, pets, sudden losses etc. And while I have experienced grief, an important aspect of grief is to respect another’s grief and loss and the nuances of the individual’s experience of that loss. The space I provide is just that type of space.

Health and Wellness Coaching 

Offering you support through major life transitions, whether it is switching careers, thinking of retiring, becoming new parents, adjusting to divorce or contemplating a move of some type. I can help you implement new healthy habits such as shifting your diet, becoming active, embracing self- care, even organizing your time, life or closet.

Coaching and counselling have their respective benefits and in the end it is all about shifting our perspective to pursue health, happiness and balance in our lives.
